Proud alum of the University of North Dakota, Robert Boyer headed west, spending time in Alaska, but settling in Portland, OR. He has been offering his professional engineering and land surveying expertise to aid many state-level building and infrastructure projects, as well as private small-scale residential clients.

Now residing in SE Portland, Robert Boyer continues to retain his engineering licenses in Washington state and Alaska, as well as Oregon. Global Engineering, Land Surveying & Planning Co. primarily operates in and serves Portland metropolitan and surrounding areas.
